The Society for Medical and Biological Engineering in Bosnia and Herzegovina (DMBIUBIH) has implemented the project “Cultural Imprint in the Digital World”, which connects cultural heritage with modern technologies. In cooperation with artists, engineers, and digital design experts, three-dimensional busts of prominent figures from the fields of culture, science, and art have been created. Each bust is accompanied by a QR code leading to a digital catalog containing biographical information, interesting facts, and quotes, available in both Bosnian and English.
The exhibition will be set up in the premises of Homeworkhub and will last for three days. On the first day, a presentation of the project activities is planned, followed by a workshop on 3D modeling and an educational session on the use of VR technology in art, culture, and education. The project is particularly aimed at high school students and young people in Sarajevo, giving them the opportunity to discover the importance of the city’s cultural and scientific heritage through an innovative approach, while also gaining practical knowledge and skills in the field of digital design.
