The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities are based on the key principle that every person has inherent, equal, inalienable, and universal rights, derived from the dignity of the human being.
Over the years, DMBIUBIH has faced the challenge of including persons with disabilities in its activities. Understanding this principle, as well as the Global Standards for Responsible NGO Operations, we tirelessly work on strengthening our capacities to contribute to the greater inclusion of persons with disabilities in STEM disciplines and biomedical sciences.
The project "Optimization of Operational Efficiency and Increasing Transparency and Accountability in the Association for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in STEM and Biomedical Disciplines" aims to improve internal capacities and empower the knowledge of DMBIUBIH members, in order to ensure equal inclusion of persons with disabilities in the daily activities of our Society.
